Owner of the Rohir Manor, and an esteemed Warlock of the Orzhov Syndicate, Lucius is the vampire that everyone wishes they could be. The epitome of someone who has power and money, and someone who isn't afraid to flaunt it. Find yourself worthy of his time, and he just may find you worthy of his coin, one way or another.
Subheader
As an Oligarch of the Orzhov, Lucius finds himself in quite the nice position within his guild. He collects debts that are owed, finds valuable trinkets, and overall does what he needs to keep his patron (the Obzedat) happy, so he can prove that he's worthy of the power he's given. If he finds an opportunity he can benefit from, it's more likely than not he'll take it.
However, this rise to power wasn't always so easy for the Master of Rohir Manor. Various turf wars within the syndicate, building a network of connections, along with finding proper partners to build his influence on the realm of Ravnica, has taken time. But time and time again Lucius finds himself in positions of success, and he doesn't look to stop that any time soon.

Lucius' personality is one of pure confidence and charisma, but lacks integrity unless you're talking money with him. He can talk himself to be on top of any situation he finds himself into, and he has a natural talent for finding high value, even in places that one wouldn't expect. While he does ensure business relationships work well for all parties involved, those who fail to pay their dues will not find themselves on his good side.
Lucius' enjoyment always comes from the finer, more expensive things of life. He likes seeing the best performances, having the best clothes, along with well...anything else one could spend a small fortune on. Of course, he dislikes anything that disrupts a natural economy that he benefits from, or anyone that tries to stop any of his personal plans.

- Lucius was not born with money. His wealth began small when it was given to him by Estrella, but everything since then has been entirely self-made.

- Lucius collects journals. He finds the writing of others to be fascinating in the way someone looks at animals in a zoo. This has gotten him into some social trouble with his peers.
Arabel Arabesque

Lady Arabesque was his previous 'relationship' before Lady Rusalka, and the two still have a good business relationship when it comes to the Lucky Strings establishment. While the two were never officially dating, they were physical. And while Lucius wasn't exactly happy about spending less time with someone whom he put in a good amount of time and money into, the Lucky Strings in itself, is what keeps him happy.
Sylven Arraign

Sylven has constantly been a thorn in Lucius' side since day 1. Sylven being an officer of Azorious in itself already caused their relationship to be off to a rocky start. But given that Sylven ditched him in a sewer the one time they worked together on their own...well, he still has a bit of a grudge.
Valentina Rusalka

Valentina Rusalka is the current catch of Lucius' golden eyes. She has everything that Lucius loves in having not just as someone to keep around as company, but perhaps as someone who could be a real long term lover. He looks forward to keeping a long relationship with her, perhaps even longer than she may anticipate...
