Shinya

Upon first impressions, Shinya is cold, aloof, and serious, but in reality he is quite awkward and unsure of how to express himself. He's rather slow to react and more than often, people will take it as him being cold. This impression along with his status as OWO's top performing reaper creates an impression that Shinya is condescending nad above his peers. However, those who are around him long enough will realize that he's actually kind, shy, and soft-spoken.

Shinya was once human, but retains no memories of his mortal life. He does not remember who he use to be or how he died or how he even became a grim reaper. For as long as he can remember, it's just something he's always done. Despite his young appearance, Shinya is a veteran when it comes to soul collecting, and is quite deft at handling some powers that came with the job (the privilege of being a reaper).

Due to his seniority in the field, Shinya was given his own department to deal with hunting down feral souls that refuse to partake in the after life's court room. Wayward souls are difficult to deal with since they prey on negative emotions and weaker souls which then can make them more aware and sentient, and thus they would refuse judgement from the court. That's where Shinya comes in. However, since he runs this department of one (1), Shinya does get worn down from the constant overtime, which was why he decided to summon a familiar to help him with the job (one of the handy reaper powers). Fortunately (or is it unfortunate?), he was not only able to summon one, but two familiars. Though they seem to tease him more than help him.
