The Horseman

The Horseman is a basal demon belonging to Satan himself. Its sole purpose is to relentlessly torment the souls of the damned in the Nine Circles by chasing and shepherding them to ensure they don’t escape or find reprieve. It is obedient and loyal to any exalted demon, though there are many it dislikes. While fearsome and tireless in its pursuit, it will not cause harm to any soul, demon, or angel unless explicitly ordered, or in defense of its master and his subordinates.
