Willow Heather Appahell is an ex-researcher who dreamed of furthering humanity with ingenuity, but instead was thrown to the middle of political disarray. Born into the ashes of a broken nation, they wanted to pursue sciences in order to better the people close to him. But through twists and turns of all sorts, they became an unlucky advisor to a crooked leader. They began to learn about what went on behind the scenes, and what power can do to a person.
As tensions grew, Willow started to get closer and closer to danger. Before long they ended up in running away, spilling top secret intel, committing treason and having a hefty bounty on his dead. With no other choice than go into hiding, Willow applied for a government project in exploring possible multiverses that he had previously worked on, under an alias.
It was a risky move, but somehow it payed off, as he was able to get onto the first mission. Now he travels around the multiverse, running from their past and themselves...
Willow's boyfriend! A lazy tabby nekomimi with no other aspirations in life other than sleeping and eating. Much like, well, a cat. Willow and Theo are opposites in many ways, but also one and the same. Theo helps out the otherwordly fugitive in exchange for a few kisses and pets every now and then.
