Barracuda is a rambunctious arsonist with an overwhelming love for fire and all things that burn. Due to their... Fiery tendencies, they unsurprisingly find themselves in serious trouble quite often; on the bright side, though, they have a blissfully unaware roommate to hide out with whenever things get messy. Perfect! James, a detective in the city, is the poor sap who was assigned the mysterious arson cases going around town. Due to Barracuda's side gig as a DJ, he's seen them around on multiple occasions and has always had a suspicious feeling about them- he just needs the evidence to back it up. Barracuda knows this and gets a kick out of taunting him whenever they can, but they'd be lying if they said the guy didn't make them nervous with all his snooping. Their aforementioned roommate, Soda, doubles as Barracuda's best friend. The two are very close and Barracuda would never do anything to put Soda in harms way.

Barracuda is highly hyperactive and outgoing, never seeming to run out of energy until the early hours of the morning. Their favorite activity is, unsurprisingly, lighting fires- but, they also enjoy hanging out with Soda for less criminal activities. Soda has actively been trying to teach Barracuda how to surf and, despite their objections to being out on the water, the two have still been having a lot of fun with it.

No one knows the deal with the strange mask they wear. Barracuda never takes it off in front of anyone and gets defensive if anyone tries anything.
