Bit of an old character, but one of the last surviving ones from my Old OC era. Back then he was literally the personification of the universe, who had incarnated himself to be a part of human culture after discovering them and being enamoured by them. He ended up finding Kiba (another old OC) and decided to live on a manor with him along with all of his friends, who were generally outcasts of the people of society that needed protection. The manor was only accessible by probability's chance- the more the universe sensed you needed somewhere to go, or the harder you were looking for it, was the only way it would appear.

I'd say his biggest trait is that he is very charismatic. Other than that, he has all the highs and lows of any human. Care-free, passive, maybe to a fault. He tends to be aware and controlled with the power he has, but is known to has gotten carried away. 

Despite all this, and being the universe, he can still die. In such a case he will not be able to reincarnate again for a very long time, thousands to hundred of thousands of years. 

He has blonde short-ish hair except for the parts that drape out of his (loose) grey beanie. The beanie has two little embroidered dots at the front as a design. These pieces of hair have darker blonde tips. He has green eyes and is normally wearing simple clothes such as zip ups, hoodies, jeans. His usual attire is a tan zip up hoodie with black or blue jeans. But go wild with outfits if you like!
