For Clyde, these days everything they do is about energy. They don't have much to spare between working a job they don't care about, taking care of their twin brother Archer, and generally being a bit depressed. Clyde wishes they could go back to being the fun, confident person they were in their early-mid 20s, with a social life and a career they loved, performing as a drag queen under the alias "Ariel Rouge." They and Archer barely made rent, but they were happy. When Clyde's drag partner quit to start a family and Archer suffered a debilitating brain injury, Clyde could no longer lean on their two favorite people to bring out their confident side. Now, they spend their days mopping floors, cleaning their apartment, and never sleeping.
