Neil is a shape who is, over all, very difficult to figure out. At face value he's a very kind-hearted person who enjoys talking with people, however he often speaks in riddles or in a way that makes you assume there's more to what he's saying underneath the surface. Though he typically keeps a smile on his face it can come off as a bit sad or lonely looking; however only people who are really paying attention would even notice. Although Neil seems very sociable he still seems to keep a comfortable distance between himself and others. Despite of what some people think of shape shifters, he can change his form only for a couple of minutes at a time.
