Profile
Personality: Stunted emotions, coward who prefers facing things indirectly, good sense of humor, selfish to most everyone but selfless for a select few
Likes: Spending time with the 2 or 3 people she doesn't hate, whiskey, long baths, heavily applied eye makeup, saucy paperback novels, gun ranges
Dislikes: Spending time with 99% of people, answering questions, hospitals, using needles (she always has to have a friend do her E shots for her), expressing emotion not wrapped in 7 different layers of ironic detachment, Clyde Clark
Lydia spent her first 5 years of adulthood as a hit man for a powerful underground network, rising up the ranks in record time due to her superior aim and accuracy. She actually knows Ali Delacroix simply because he was one of her best "customers." During this time, she spent most of her salary on every unsavory good and service available, her addictive personality spiraling out of control. She was addicted to hard drugs (chiefly heroin) for a few years, and quit being a hitman after realizing that she wouldn't be able to get off them without quitting her job. All of this contributed to her rather late transition, because she didn't notice gender dysphoria alongside the depression from drugs, crime and episodic homelessness, until she left the criminal underground and still felt something was missing.
Lydia is in a relationship with Archer Clark, but said partnership began long after initial contact was made, because at first Lydia was pretty confused by Archer's genuine, straightforward displays of affection, and generally not thinking about romance when she's trying to avoid being murdered by her boss.
