You're not allowed to ask more for what this design was originally sold for unless it has additional art included.
You must notify me first if you plan to sell/trade/give away any of my designs, especially if you do it outside of TH and/or if the new owner has no TH account.
Feel free to redesign a bit but not entirely - it must still be somewhat recognizable. Things like gender/body shape/eye color/clothes are always free to alter to the current owner's liking.
