[$9~11/ART TRADE] Koemi's Ownership

TOS/Rules:

My designs are for personal and non-profit use only. You are not allowed to use my design for any commercial or financial profit. You cannot, under any circumstances be allowed to sell merchandise (meaning a product people would pay for) based off my designs.

Your rights to the adoptable include the right to draw the character, post the character on other sites with credit, commission art of the character, personal printing of the character (such as pictures to hang up on a wall) and be able to include the character in any personal use projects.

Trading, gifting and re-selling is okay. Please resell only for the price you paid for unless extra paid art (such as commissions or YCHs) is added to the character. Then you may add up the price you paid for the character and total the final price with the added paid art.

Co-ownership/sharing the adopt is okay.

Slight or minor changes, extra outfits and other changes to the adopt design are allowed, I would however prefer the new changes are made on a new artwork.

Please do not heavily edit or paint over my original artwork. Pre-approved edits that are allowed would only be crops or resizes.

I, the artist & designer, hold the intellectual rights for the adoptable. The character belongs to the buyer but it should be clear that the design was made by me.

I am allowed to continue to use the public, watermarked version of the artwork(s) as my portfolio material.

You are not allowed to repost the original, high-res and unwatermarked adopt artwork on social media sites (Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram, Pixiv, Furaffinity, Deviantart, etc). If you have the original toyhouse creation then you are refrained from re-posting or deleting the adoptable's toyhouse listing and then re-uploading them. Similar character profile sites require credit.

After you receive the full, high-res adopt's picture from me, it is you're responsibility for it's storage and safety. I may not keep any the files forever so please make sure to do so.
