He suffers pretty heavily from Social Anxiety Disorder, which gave him a case of agoraphobia too
which is kind of why he ended up picking Sobble as his partner from the professor (gotta work through the anxiety together kids)
His Yamper is basically his support pokemon! He's trained to help calm Finley down if he gets overwhelmed, and Finley loves him to bits
His favorite thing is gardening -- it gives him a distraction from things and he likes being able to take care of things and knowing what he's doing. That said, he and his parents grow mostly medicinal plants and use those to make their own potions, ethers, etc!
Aside from the herbalism, his parents were also super successful Team Battlers, and have high hopes for Finley to be a good trainer and follow behind them.
needless to say, he's much more interested in just gardening and making medicine.
