(Exclamation point included) Is a Booster Gold 'clone' (He was actually just a normal person who was experimented on to be exactly like Booster.) who had gone rogue and made his own, new identity. Due to this he had begun to hate Booster with a fiery passion due to the fact he keeps being compared to him, and thinks he won't ever be able to have his own, true identity because of Booster.
