design permissions:

-you may change the complexity of the zigzaggedness but the design must still obviously be a "lightning dragon with too many heads"

-the texture of the dragon is smooth

-you may make the dragon translucent, but the end result must be such that one can tell  that this is the same adopt as the one u adopted in the point adopts  ref (ie basically u can just color ur dragon normally and then use the eraser tool to add translucence)

-you may make the dragon glow, but the end result must be such that one can tell  that this is the same adopt as the one u adopted in the point adopts  ref (ie basically u can just color ur dragon normally and then add a glowing effect to it that matches its color palette)

-you may  add or remove heads, but the end result must be such that one can tell that this is the same adopt as the one u adopted in the point adopts  ref

-added heads must have the same anatomy as other heads

-you may change the shape and pattern of the lightning breath but NOT the color; it must still be obviously lightning
