Reese was a surprise and basically unwanted pregnancy. Her mother was an up and coming violin prodigy and her father was a high school dropout mechanic. A drunken hookup that led to caught feelings and blossoming relationship, till her mother's family intercepted and broke up the relationship. 8 months of no communication, her father opens his doorstep to find little baby Reese and a note.

Regardless of her absent mother, Reese had a happy childhood. She was raised by her struggling father and her doting but stern grandmother. She was rowdy and rambunctious, struggling to sit still. She found herself roughhousing on the playground with the boys compared to gossiping amongst the ladies. She was never one for femininity, she enjoyed being a tom boy and being a self sufficient woman who can handle more masculine tasks. Her father always encouraged it and she was proud of it.

She had trouble paying attention in school, perhaps from undiagnosed and untreated form of ADHD. So she dropped out, falling back on her tattoo apprenticeship more full time. Eventually, Reese became official and started at the same tattoo studio. When she's not causing a ruckus somewhere or working, she is in roller derby, clashing with women on a track and getting in the nitty gritty. She is known as "Hellbitch" on her roller derby team "Hell's Belles" as their Jammer.
