Ace was born into a wealthy family. Her mother wanted to create a perfect, noble child, so she was very strict with her and barely showed her any affection. Because of this, Ace is not very close to her mother. Ace is also not close to her father, as she barely saw him growing up. If she had to say, however, she'd say she likes him more than she likes her mother.

Ace was made to obey her parent's every word, though her parents weren't physically present most of the times. She was mostly raised by family maids and books. Even though her parents weren't always there, she was made to fear them. Her mother had her study magic and other academic subjects for weeks on end, threatening to disown her if she talked back. So gradually Ace grew to become a perfectionist, and started using books as a form of escapism. At this age she was very naive and impressionable.

Another Brick in The Wall (School life)

After being privately tutored for about 10 years, Ace was enrolled into a prestigious school for magic full of other rich kids. At first, Ace had thought she would be able to finally make friends, however she was immediately ostracised due to being more knowledgeable than the other kids. She became a target of some minor bullying, mostly from kids whose family's disliked the Cassiopeia's. But mostly, no one really talked to her.

To drown her loneliness away, she studied until she became sick of it all. Gradually, she stopped caring about most things, and her rebellious nature grew. She soon became rather cynical, finding most of her classes very boring considering she knew all this stuff already. The only classes that she did enjoy were practical subjects, such as P.E and dueling. Her dueling classes may have influenced her decision to become a mercenary later in life.

She's Leaving Home

Years of obeying her rich parent's every word, people pleasing, and studying for weeks straight with no end made her snap. She stopped trying to be the perfect little noble her parents wanted her to be, and eventually she ran away from home. However, being from a rich family and all, it seemed that nobody told her that living life on your own is incredibly hard. For some reason she thought that it'd all work out without having to do anything, like how the family maid was always able to find her before dinnertime no matter what room she was in. So in the end, she ended up having to mature, somewhat. At first she worked odd jobs, using her ice magic to assist others. When she found that she wasn't making enough money, she eventually became a mercenary. Her weapon of choice is a bow.

Currently, she does not know whether her parents are still looking for her. However she has no plans to go back to them.
