I don't have a blacklist. Questions are welcome.

1. You may edit my design or make derivative character profiles if you own it. Credit is still required for derivatives.
2. You may not resell my design for more than the amount you purchased it for + the amount you spent on art of it + the amount your personal art of the design is worth. Please be reasonable.
3. You may use my design for a character that is an abuser, abuse victim, self-harmer, eating disorder victim, or bigot, etc., but these things may NOT be depicted in a positive light. This includes any erotic content depicting abuse such as incest, pedophilia, sexual assault, or beastiality. If you are inclined to portray these themes positively, even in fiction, please do not conduct business with me.
4. You may not make or solicit sexual content of my design unless its specific permissions say otherwise. This permission is omitted by default but you may request it.
5. You may not use my design or art commercially without discussing it with me beforehand.
6. You may not use my design or art for NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens).
7. You may not use my art to train an image generator.
8. Include the keyword "infrared" in your message when approaching me about buying something, to indicate that you have read and agree to these terms of service.
9. You may post my design or my art of it on other websites if you own the design, but you must give credit to me.
10. I prefer to know where my designs have been posted because I'm nosy. I also prefer that you do not delete my design or art from Toyhouse. This is not a solid rule.
