Luu is mute and weak will-o-wisp. He takes magic pills daily to keep his magic dense. He can take magic from willing and nice humans and monsters- like it's nature but he is very timid and won't just steal it like the feral ones.
He likes to listen to music and is seen often with ear buds or large sound proof headphones. Since his magic is weak- he has no hands. So his sleeves cover his hands.
