Enoch Turnal (old design + story)

Enoch comes from a poor background. She was born intersex, an odd and rare occurance. Her parents raised her for a little while,
but demon grow quickly. At age 10 she was living on her own in Hell. She joined a demon colony and they basically became her
family. The colony eventually moved to the surface, posing as Romanis and traveling around in a couple wagons. They mostly called
Europe their home, however, since it was were they happened to be able to trick people the most often, and the weather was predictable.

Enoch met Marin in a trip to America. Her family was traveling around, sight seeing, and she ran into him at a cafe and spilled her drink
all over him. She apologized and asked if he wanted to borrow a shirt from her, since some of her clothes were oversized. He shyly
agreed after some talking in circles, and she showed him to their caravan. At first he was nervous and spooked by the sight. It wasn't
everyday that you saw a "gypsy caravan" on the street in America. He must have remembered all the rumors and falsities about
"gypsys" and ultimately didn't borrow a shirt, or stick around. 

Enoch was disappointed when he left. She thought he was cute, and really friendly. Her family was staying in the same place for a while,
though, so she figured she would see him again.

The next time they ran into each other, was at a semi-classy bar and club. Marin was there with two friends, but he didn't seem to interested
in the place. Enoch walked in and basically zeroed in on him. She smirked and approached him. He looked surprised to see her there. She
smiled flirtatiously and asked if she could buy him a drink. He reluctantly agreed, and she bought him a cotton candy martini. He sipped it
a little, and thanked her. After a few more drinks, they were in a dark corner of the bar talking and telling each other stories. Enoch had had
a few drinks, too, so she was feeling a bit lightheaded. Even through the haze, however, she could tell that Marin wanted to tell her something
kind of personal. 

At her prompting, Marin finally spilled. He admitted that he didn't want to go home because he wasn't on good terms with his parents. She
laughs, and tells him she hasn't seen or hear from her parents since she was 10. She grins and invites him to join her family, the Romani
people (she didn't admit that they were demons, though.) He admitted that it would be interesting, but he declined. Enoch shrugged, and
proceeded to pull him into a kiss. He kissed back. 

They parted ways at the end of the night, and Enoch felt the butterflies stay in her stomach for a while, and wishing for the tingling feeling
she got when they kissed. The two of them had exchanged numbers, as well. Enoch only really used her cell phone to lure humans into
deals or tricks, but she wanted to see Marin again soon.

The third time they met was the day before Enoch was to head out with her family. They met at an outdoor shopping plaza and spent the
day browsing and eating strange street foods. At the end of the day, Enoch invited Marin to spend the night at a hotel. He did, and the next
morning she admitted that she was interested in him, and that he should run away and join her family. He was hesitant, but she was persitant,
and eventually he agreed to staying with them as long as they stayed in America. 

They traveled all over America, stopping in all the tourist places. Marin witnessed how they made money (or at least some ways) with trickery
and seduction. Enoch never did anything more intimate than exotic dancing, however, since she like to save really intimate things with her
partners. She had a beautiful body, though, and made a lot of money for it. 

Marin and Enoch started a pretty sexual and deeply romantic relationship. They spent the next six months together traveling around America,
before her family had decided that they wanted to go back to Europe.

At that, Enoch and Marin had a huge fight. Enoch said she was in love with him, and Marin argued that he couldn't leave the US. He had a job,
and friends, and his family. Enoch understood where he was coming from, but that didn't mean that she was going to back down. And she wasn't
going to leave her family, either. The two parted ways with a kiss. Enoch cried the whole way back to Europe, and even when some time had
passed she still wasn't the same.

A few months later, however, she was surprised to find Marin at a small cafe she frequented in Paris. He approached her and told her that he had
been pretty depressed without her. He thought it over, talking with his friends and his brother, and decided he would quit his job. He sold his
apartment and used some of that money to fly over to France. He said he wanted to live with her, and that she made him so happy. Enoch was
crying at this point, and admitted that she was depressed without him as well. That he made her so happy when they had been together. She
said she would happily let him back into her life. They kissed, and made their way back to the property where her family had set all their
wagons. 

It wasn't until a year later, however, that Marin found out that Enoch was a demon. It was really an accident. The family generally held their human
forms nearly 100 percent of the time, since they didn't want to scare potential customers off with their demon form. Marin had seen Enoch after she
had used her demon form to scare a customer who threatened to break a contract with her. 

Marin and Enoch had another huge fight about secrets. He thought that it was horrific that she'd kept such a huge part of her life from him. She
actually agreed, and apologized. He eventually calmed down, and then asked if the rest of the family were demons. She admitted that they were,
however, not all of them, they'd picked up quite a bit of humans over the years. Marin was so attached to her and the family that he didn't let the
new info scare him all that much. They generally kept their human forms anyways. 

They live together now, and are deeply in love. They eventually want to adopt a child.
