Bubla is Blueeye's cousin (they are about same age) and she was the first dragon that Blueeye ever met.
After Blueeye's disappearing all dragons though that Blueeye is dead but Bubla didn't. She believed that Blueeye is out there somewhere and she was confident enough to find her though young dragons mustn't leave dragon world. Bubla broke the rule and started to searching for Blueeye.
Bubla found Blueeye or rather Blueeye found Bubla. They befriended and became very close to each other. Bubla led Blueeye to the dragon world where Blueeye was learning how to use her power and where she found out about her origin, past and purpose.
Then Bubla helped Blueeye to stop corruption and defeat darkness.

Bubla possess water element.
- She is not very fast flyer (for a dragon) but she is very good swimmer. She uses her wings for swimming.
- She can hold her breath for a long time (30-60 minutes)
- She can create water and control it.
- She can create a water shield.
