About

"We're not alone anymore, Iggy."

Vivienne, or Vivi to her friends, is a sweet girl with a harsh childhood. Despite her earlier hardships however, she's had a nice life alongside her partners Iggy, Tucker and Felix.

Vivi doesn't have much in mind in terms of careers, but she really adores gardening and wants to have the biggest garden she can in the future! She thinks that, if she had to choose a job, she might go into something relating to that! Aside from her occasional adventures with Tucker, she lives a peaceful life nowadays and has started to go back to school to pursue the education she missed out on earlier.

Backstory

Vivi was born as Charlie Labelle to Richard and Alice Labelle. They died in a car crash when Vivi was 2, and so Vivi was sent off to live with Alice's father, Victor Day.

Vivienne grew up skittish and frightened of anything that moved, traumatized greatly by her grandfather's abuse. She stayed out of sight as much as she could and though she would have loved to be anywhere but that cramped little hovel she called home, she was never allowed far outside. But one night she had snuck away after the abuse grew too great, and stumbled upon an unfamiliar egg. It didn't resemble the colors of any local species of Pokemon she knew, and before she could think twice she brought it back and hid it bundled up under her bed.

Vivienne suffered almost 3 more months of abuse after that point before the egg finally hatched one night. She decided that she couldn't possible risk raising the little Deino here, and packed herself a little bag of all her most important belongings. She didn't leave immediately, couldn't bring herself to just run, and besides the Deino was so little. So she decided she'd wait until the time was right to truly run away. Iggy, the Deino she had hatched, quickly grew attached to her, and while she spent the days avoiding her grandfather she'd spend her nights playing with and training her little partner.

Vivi and Iggy managed to stay undetected for almost 5 months before they finally slipped. Vivi was just a tad too loud one night, and Victor had burst in on them with a roar. He was furious at them and grabbed Vivi by the hair to drag her away. Before he could get her out of the room however, Iggy took charge.

The little Deino bit down on Victor's leg with all the strength he could muster. Victor yelled and let go of Vivi, allowing them to scramble back into the room. He kicked Iggy away, but Iggy stood right back up and the two were locked in a standstill. Vivi grabbed her bag, slammed open the window, and jumped out with Iggy right behind her. Victor tried to follow behind, but the two were simply too quick for him.

Out of breath as she was, Vivi couldn't bring herself to stop until Iggy was whining and crying. She slowed to a stop and collapsed into a sobbing ball on the side of the road. Iggy comforted her that night as best he could, a bond strong as anything formed between them.

From that day onward, Vivi and Iggy traveled together. Nobody looked twice at a kid and their pokemon out on an adventure together, so they got around just fine. They cleaned up and rested at the nearest pokemon center, and decided it would be in their best interest to get as far away from Victor's house as they possibly could.

On their travels they met up with a boy around their age on an adventure of his own. He had suddenly crashed into them when they were browsing at the Pokemart, and in a panic grabbed their arm and ran from the angry, chasing shopkeep. They ran together in a blind panic until they reached the forest. The boy apologized for grabbing them up and scaring them, and introduced himself as Tucker Long. His partner, a Litleo named Felix, and him were on their own adventure together after being kicked out. As scared as Vivi was (and as angry as Iggy was), they decided to travel together with the boy.

Traveling as a group, they grew close quickly. Together they laughed and grew both as people and as trainers. Vivienne grew steadily more confident and secure, and learned more about herself. She learned she was transgender, and came into her new identity slowly. Tucker learned to rely more on other people, and became more gentle and sweet. He also learned he had a rather big crush on Vivi.

It took a long time before Tucker grew confident enough to ask Vivienne out. She was nervous, but excited and happy and accepted with a smile. The two grew ever closer, if that were even possible, to the point where though Iggy greatly disliked Tucker he learned to tolerate him for Vivienne's sake. Both Iggy and Felix had evolved by that point, to a Zweilous and Pyroar respectively. Tucker was training Felix to hopefully start competitive battling, while Iggy trained with them just to grow stronger. He was wildly protective of Vivienne, to the point where only Tucker and Felix were allowed near her.

Good times didn't last forever. It took many years for Vivienne to finally let her guard down as much as she had. 4 years, to be exact. She still wasn't completely secure, but she was happy and safe enough and improving steadily. But when they were out one day, traveling the roads back to where they had first met, they came across none other than Victor Day.

And he was furious.

Vivi had made great strides in her confidence, as previously stated, but at the sight of Victor once more storming towards her all that progress vanished. Tucker was confused at why she was so horrified but picked up enough to confront Victor before he could reach her. He didn't want to bring Felix out on the man, as that would lead to incredible legal issues, but Victor just shoved him far aside and stormed forward. He grabbed at Vivi by the arm and screamed at her. He howled and berated and just when he raised his arm to strike her-

Iggy, now a marvelous three-headed Hydreigon, grabbed him by the back of the neck and threw him against the pavement.

Victor was lucky Iggy decided to stand by Vivienne and get defensive, rather than further attacking him. Instead, Tucker knocked his lights out and reported him to the local police. There was a bit of a fuss, and Victor tried to pin the blame on Tucker and Iggy, but the officer who responded recognized the fear on Vivi's face and was quick to take their side. After that, the party rushed away as quickly as they could. They decided they'd had enough of people for the day, and decided to camp a far ways out in a field.

Iggy wasn't quick to allow anyone near Vivienne for a good long while after that. He was bitter, and clearly felt like Tucker didn't do enough to protect Vivi. But Tucker blamed himself enough for the both of them, and they made amends soon enough. Vivienne remained shaken up for a long time as well, but with the knowledge that Victor was locked up for a good long time, it was a little easier to break out of her shell.

From there on out, they all had easy livings. They decided that, young as they were, they'd work together to buy a house. Neither had family to go back to, and they'd spent so many years together, why not? They bought out a little cottage in the countryside, and Tucker went to work paying it off. He worked a variety of odd jobs, and made good money battling on the side. Vivienne felt guilty, as she didn't do much in the way of work, but Tucker just said he loved to spoil her anyway. She disliked battling, but occasionally she'll take Iggy out for some exercise and training. Other than that, she makes her money selling bouquets and growing produce in her garden out back.

They're all young still, yes, but they think they deserve a bit of retirement.
