Babble

Babble is a demon who actually works to scare others. She doesn't see why Murmur tries to befriend everyone.

Her head pops off. And as long as it's a sunny day, it's a good way to spy on others. (Her head casts a glow.)

She makes a lot of sound. She can't stop her stomach/mouth from chanting when it's hungry.
