Personality:
A very down to earth leader to his unit, who puts his teammates before himself a lot. He takes tasks upon his shoulders and carries other's burdens without it outwardly affecting him. He does not however adapt well to new situations or areas, he has a poor sense of direction and can get easily lost if he is not familiar with thr area. However he is in denial of this, Maverick is a sinner clansmen, his clan being the sinner clan. He is a rare type called a White Sinner. White Sinners do not easily give in to their vices and are not held down too much by them. They still crave companionship but do not sleep around to get it.
He is very loving with his husband and his son. He gives his mate Micah the pet name Poochie, a name that stuck with the deviling when they first met and Maverick thought he was an affectionate puppy in the dark. His son is not a white sinner like him, so he much help Misha to control his urges so he doesn't hurt or break the heart of his bethrothed. He loves his son and always does what he can for him, even going to his sinner father Marcus for advice.
Childhood:
Maverick was born to Marcus and Marie Bellerose, he is the youngest of 2 brothers and 3 sisters, his parents seeming to stop after they birthed a white sinner. He grew up as humbley as he could in the countryside. He became quite the animal lover and loved to play with his siblings. Marcus tried to show him the ways of a lust sinner but Maverick didn't seem to have that hunger like his siblings did, it were one in a million that lusters are born as a white sinner, so Marcus had to learn personally what it were like.
Maverick grew to be a tall and handsome man, not getting so much from this life his family lived he decided to leave his area to seek out new ones. That is when he came across a envy sinner named Declan, the man didn't seem to have respect for others but he did for Maverick upon meeting him. Usually sinners of other clans don't like to interact or are fobidden, but Declan seemed to very much like the company of the white sinner. Hearing news of the corrupt dark angel Kingsley Hayes, leaving the underworld to redeem himself, the duo wanted to follow in his food steps and do the same. They had an inside knowledge of the underworld and could be very benifical to the venators cause. Declan's cousin who were a pride sinner with an envy sinner mother and pride sinner father joined them as well. The three then become unit 2 of the venator force.
Present:
Presently Maverick is married to Micah, a deviling who was once a pet to a deviling prince named Fey, whom Maverick is now friends with thanks to his best friend Declan being married to the prince. The the four live together living more humbly, Maverick and Micah had a son who ended up to be a sinner named Misha. (Keeping the M traditon going, plus it's similar to Micah's name). Their son acts and has the hunger of a normal lust sinner, but his tendoncies won't fully kick in until puberty.
Sinner clansmen and devilings used to not tangle up with each other since they cause harm to one another, Maverick's and Micah's union as well as Declan's and Fey's showed the two species that love can form between them. Thus it started up more relationships found in sinners clansmen and devilings.
He still works as a venator with Declan, Conrad, Delcan's cousin, works with them part time since the man betrayed them and is slowly working back their trust.
Sinner True Form:
All sinners have a true form they go into when they give into their vices or get consumed by the sin that holds them down. For lust sinners, their eyes glow a light blue, the glowing consuming all their eye so that is all the victim can see. They grow fangs which they use to bite and mark their mates, as they start to turn a coloured vapour matching their glowing eyes leaves their mouth. They also grow some limbs larger, yes even between their legs in their pelvis area, making them grow a little more bigger. This is why devilings and sinners now go hand in hand with each other now.
