About: Barracuda was an orphaned merperson that was taken in and raised in a Redwave home. Anchor, who grew up with him, is like that of a brother to him. Being an outsider in a clan of elite merpeople was not at all easy. Barracuda was bullied growing up, and stereotyped into a troublemaking thief, which unfortunately was what he ended up becoming. Eventually he was caught stealing something valuable belonging to Nereus, a very rich and powerful enemy of Barracuda since childhood. He was banished from the city; but he did not go alone. Anchor went with him, as he did not want to leave his brother on his own. Barracuda has had feelings for Nereus' sister, Rilletta, since childhood. He may bully and steal from other beings, but deep down, he wanted nothing more than to be respected and loved as a child. He's not really a bad guy, but most do not want him around.
