Bernard may not have any magic but he really doesn’t need it. he handles the hotels front desk with an air of no-nonsense that could scare even the most routy of patrons. He keeps the hotel running when Trick is busy. Handling the normal and the magical patrons with equal ease as he keeps his file and his office neat and clean. He person apartment is directly off the front desk office making him available almost at all hours to any patron in need of information and help. He, however, has no time for trouble makers or those that cause issues in his lobby. Luckily bernard is good friends with Comet and his family so the old bear is not alone in the world. He also has his pet raptorcat Nala the German Shepard sized beast a nice and loyal companion for the older bear.
