A kind onee-san Meowl that picked up and took care of Emery when she was drifted ashore. Celeste's the main chef and owner of a small inn called "Citrus Leaf" located in the town where Caden and Libra was in. She took care of Emery when her wings were injured severely from the storm, comforted her and gave her warmth as Emery cried in her nightmare about losing her family.
After Emery recovered, she gave her a small area of land beside the inn to let her plant flowers and fruits.
