Haru's Links
Haru feels bad since he's sure she's disappointed in him for not going to college after high school like she did, but his debt has yet to be repaid. Not to mention, he's not going to hawk his bike for tuition. He's put too much time into her <3
He's shocked she agreed to stay in the gang, & even more surprised that she takes orders from Kyoko. She clearly is older than most he comes into contact with, & oddly more calm. He respects the way she is true to herself. So too can he see that this is a hobby for her. There won't come a day that he will call her on it. She was a founding member, & he sees the freedom in her when she rides.
She sees herself in many ways in this young thing. Often she sees a mix of her & Babette. Well, before Babette decided she would rather trade her freedom. She can also see his "obligation" is a facade used to explore himself, much as her friend & founder of the gang, True.
Knowing she sees through him is really bothering him. He does his best to ignore her. He wishes Kyoko wasn't still in contact with her. They're a fair amount different in age range..... Is this strange? Either way, it irritates him to no end. He can feel her piercing gaze telling him to straighten up.
She's not sure how she feels knowing there's a man in her all women's group now. Well, she's not entirely sure how she feels that the group lived on & has been passed down for that matter. To top it all off, knowing how smart he is & that he hides it bothers her. He doesn't want anyone to make her mistakes. Having fun is fine, but she's worried to say the least. From afar sadly.
Haru can handle the quips, even the quickness of of her tongue when it comes to orders. What he can't handle, is the cheeky way she expects him to jump for her. He is loyal to Kyoko, as much as she seems to assume he is not. Just because he's fallen in love does not mean he's a doll meant for little girls to fight over.
