Emil

Personality:

Emil is a sassy lad who tries really hard to keep it cool and collected. Surprisingly, they do a good job of this. However, they also have a very prominent desire to put themselves in danger and, regardless if it's to protect someone or otherwise, finds enjoyment through that. Unfortunately(?), they haven't killed themself through this yet, and will continue to find more thrills to satisfy that urge. 

Background:

Emil is a treasure hunter who's willing to get into tough situations. And of course, when they overhear about a tomb, they get their hands dirty looting some graves. But what they didn't expect was to find goblins -- one in which they came to watch over, right until their death -- and the mysterious snake-like creatures that haunted the caverns below. 

Dodging traps, a Basilisk that took the lives of some of their teammates, and even outwitting the succubus Gladys, Emil comes out of the tomb not only with riches, but a new goal set in mind -- to assist Gladys in finding a way to continue living without stealing the lives of others, or to at least put that dangerous power to a better use. The also continue to search for more tombs and other dangerous avenues in the interim -- not just for the gold, but for the thrill of adventure and peril. 

Other Info:

• Emil has a cat Patron who they sometimes call forth for guidance. Even if the Patron doesn't always give them a clear-cut solution, they're mighty cute. 
• Emil's age is actually a bit younger than they look, having lost about 10 years through Gladys giving them a kiss.
• Gladys targeting Emil came to no surprise to them; if anything, it just added to the mile-long list of 'weirdly horny things going on in this dungeon'. A drunk Emil might even jokingly admit that to being part of why they managed to stay alive the whole time.
