July is part of the trio of adopted sailor brothers along with June and August. He's incredibly outgoing and adores going out and running around the city, meeting new people and making new friends! He's very extroverted and can't go more than a week at sea due to his itch to talk with all the people of Sleport! Despite this, he's quite suspicious of other people and takes a while to actually expose his true inner feelings to them.
