Profile

Yu Qingshan is the current Headmaster of Hong Bao City's highly celebrated schools of arts, magic and science.  He is also the caretaker of the sect's [Blood Moon] founder, who lives in deep seclusion within the mountain that the city is built into.  Since Yu is the only one who is entrusted with this enigmatic entity's welfare, it is safe to say that he is also the one who has come closest to touching a demi-god by all accounts of their clan's records.

Yu is older than he looks; the long years of cultivating his magic has left his appearance in a state of seemingly agelessness.  That isn't to say he's not aging- it's just much slower than those around him.  Many mistake him for a young mid-twenty something man when in reality, he could probably be your grandfather.  Yu is a master of wind magics.  He can predict an enemy's next moves by the slightest change in air pressure.  The blasts from his fan attacks cut just as if they would be a sword blade and are similarly deadly.  Likewise, he's an extraordinary meteorologist and astrological enthusiast.  He treats Radar like his own son and often dotes upon him- much to the embarrassment of both Radar and the other Arts Masters and teachers.

Some of Yu's favorite pastimes is idly watching the clouds during his down time and drinking tea.  He is a very mild mannered man, often philosophical, and prefers non-violence and words to solve problems.  However, that isn't to say he's a pushover; oh ho no no no!  Yu Qingshan is the fiercest warrior of the Blood Moon Sect, and known as "Wind Waker" because those left in the aftermath of his flurries often would need their last rites.  He isn't an easy person to anger but those who have managed say that it isn't a loud anger.  They said it was quiet. like a soft spring breeze, but easily unpredictable and you'll never know what it will do next.  They've said it's far more terrifying than any battle they've experienced.  One even said he cried for hours afterwards and would have preferred to have been yelled at.
