Charlie is mostly a very happy-go-lucky dragon who loves his friends and the outdoors. He is fiercely loyal to his loved ones and would do anything to keep them safe and happy; He's always there to cheer them up or help them out in any way he can. Charlie is usually quite silly but can be very serious when it's called for or when he's feeling down. He hates being bored, and always feels the need to be doing something to keep himself entertained.
Very fast and agile both on land and in the sky, what he lacks in strength he makes up for in speed and defense; he can be an excellent fighter when the need arises, but mostly enjoys play fighting and wrestling.
Somewhat lanky and awkward in appearance, with large feet and thin body.
The spines down his head and neck, tail, elbows, and ankles are all flat when viewed head-on, and his marking are symmetrical on both sides of his body. Both his spines and markings can glow at will, which is very useful for when he is exploring in dark areas, or if he feels like putting on a light show.
