His goal in life is to defeat those who destroyed his village, killed his friends and tortured him. His best friend, Salem, was also "murdered" in the process (she is actually the only other person who survived since she was out on a hunting trip, but he does not know that).

--> Biography

Elror comes from a small Wood Elven and Half-Elven village named Seonimod. It was away from other Elven structures and deep in the woods. He grew up being taught how to survive in the wild, but overall he had a lot of freedom. His village believed that everyone should be able to choose their own destiny and show all their emotions. Elror was a very proud and cocky child and it stuck with him as he grew. He grew up to be one of the village guards and was their best.

One day a dangerous force targeted their village and started to destroy everything. They mercilessly slaughtered the people and set fire to the buildings. Everyone was killed (or so he thought, view Salem for her side of the story). He managed to fight back, but not without getting wounded. The enemy captured him and his remaining friends, keeping them at their base. They tortured them, trying to get any information about a magical sealed object that was supposedly in Seonimod, hidden. Not knowing anything about what they were talking about, he tried to convince them to stop, but they refused to believe him. They tortured them for weeks, his friends giving out and dying. His pride was strong and he refused to let go, so he managed to survive. They blinded him and gave him many scars. Elror managed to escape their settlement when they were attacked and ran away. He hid his now damaged eyes behind a black cloth. Struggling to survive due to being blind he hid himself from all life until he healed. His eyesight never returned, but because of his heightened senses he barely had trouble getting around. He befriended a small chipmunk (who he named Business) who became his companion for years and still is. He is able to understand Business due to his Elven roots and being with him for so long. Business serves as his eyes, whispering the surroundings to him so he can get around better. Any normal person would not be able to tell he is blind, unless they directly asked or did something that would rely on sight and Business did not understand.

--> Other Notes of Interest

Habits: Has a habit of always avoiding situations that really put his eyesight with Business to the test, so people don't figure out he is blind. He also compulsively cleans his belongings and greataxe. Whenever he has the time you will find him sitting by a tree polishing his greataxe and making it look nice, no scratches or stains anywhere to be seen.
