Laputa is a very clever and wise dragon who has a fondness for speaking in riddles and playing tricks on others
He can use some magic, like making himself fly or doing small tricks (levitating small object, small illusions, ect)
He occasionally shape shifts into a fox to play tricks on people
Can be drawn as anthro or feral dragon
please pay close attention to design when drawing !
if drawn as a clothed anthro, he could wear stuff like this in any green, blue, white, brown, or black shades
