- Characters/Designs purchased may only be sold for their original buying price, unless sold with additional commissioned artwork.
- The Buyer is free to use them for any Non-Commercial use, and may not make profit off of the design.
- The Buyer may not make prints/pins/plushes/etc with the intent to sell those items.
- Slight redesigns of a character/design are acceptable, but keep the design recognizable.
- All designs must remain on Toyhouse.
- The Buyer may not sell/trade the design within a week of acquiring it.
