Jwoo wanted to be an idol since he was small, coming from a family of rather talented actors who had already made big names for themselves. Because he was always over shadowed by his family, he thought the best way to stick out amongst them was to become an idol, something none of them had ever done.
Jwoo began training when he was very young, knowing it was what he wanted to do at around 13. He joined a training company and practiced nearly every day, never stopping for breaks even after countless hours. He found out that he was to be debuting with a group when he turned 18, and he was extremely excited and worked harder than before, almost working himself to the point of exhaustion.
However, when he debuted with the group, he found that they were all much older and more experienced than him, and to make matters worse, there was also a younger member who was considered more talented than he was. He was over shadowed again by everyone in the group, not sticking out much in the singing, visual, or dance department.
Jwoo felt betrayed and angry at his group and himself. He felt like he had worked all these years for nothing, and he started to act out in the group to get SOME sort of attention. The results were mostly angry, fans and his group mocking him and starting to act just as violent back towards him. The cycle continued until Jwoo was eventually kicked out of the group at 19 for constant fighting with his other members.
Not knowing what to do, he went back to a different training company who took them under their wing, since they were growing and having an already-somewhat-known idol would help them out. Jwoo was eventually trained here until he was 21 and was put in with Empire, where he felt much more comfortable since every member seemed to stick out.
However, his love of attention and drama-starting wasn't completely gone, and since he liked the attention he got before, he continued to mess around and start things with the other members. However, it usually was never very serious. Jwoo liked it this way.
