- DO NOT resell my designs unless they have at least 1 piece of art and it's been at least 1 month since you received them
- DO NOT sell for real world money more than what you payed for UNLESS it's counting the value of added art
- You can resell for digital currency (such as DA points) but ONLY if they have more art!
- You can change anything, or redesign as long as it stays recognizable. Regifting and Trading (for characters or art) are always fine.
- YOU MAY NOT use any design by me to promote hate speech, bullying, political extremism or anything of the sort.
- NEVER use ANY designs or artwork of mine for NFTs, AI, crypto currency or merchandise.
- By receiving a design by me, PhantomForest, you agree to all the above.
