HISTORY

     Sergei is a first generation Russian immigrant to America, who fled his home country when he was 17 years old with nothing but the clothes on his back. He is illegally living in California, which wasn't exactly his first choice of places to live but he's settled in enough that he doesn't dream of leaving now. Sergei never had an easy life as one can imagine, growing up homosexual in Russia being only one of his struggles; at the age of 13, Sergei was unwittingly inducted into one of Russia's largest gangs. Sergei doesn't speak much about this time of his life, and it is rumored the reason he was run out of Russia instead of killed was only due to the saving grace that he was so highly respected and feared. But the gang life is all Sergei knew, and despite trying to leave it and Russia behind, he was never able to. What started off simple in California, with Sergei getting involved in petty crimes and drug deals, became Sergei's next big endeavor. It only took two years for the young Russian to amass a group of forty-some-odd followers, and the group continued to grow and grow, now with too many members for Sergei to personally keep know or keep track of. Sergei learned a lot from his time in the Russian gang, and applies his knowledge with an iron fist with nothing getting past him. Now at age twenty-six, Sergei is proudly the leader of the Long Beach cartel known more commonly as the Part-Time Dispatchers; not only are they the largest known cartel to ever set up in southern California, but they are the first to hold members who are also part of the police department and those with political affiliations. Sergei might well known by his gang and the state of California, but not much is truly known about the sleepy-eyed schnauzer. Sergei keeps to himself, and more importantly keeps his circle tight, to keep himself a mystery.
