Kit Summers

He was born to two farmers, Allan and Lea Summers, in the country of Luxi. He is an only child, as his parents were older when they had him, but he has never felt lonely for it and instead loves to spend his time helping them out around the farm with their dog and cat. He was home-schooled growing up and so never really met many other people his age except for one of his neighbors and childhood friend, Sal. The two of them dated each other for a little while, but realized that it wouldn't work out and have remained best friends ever since. In more recent years, as the Endless War has grown more prevalent and dangerous, Kit has made the decision to join the Luxian Army in order to protect his family from having to suffer.

Kit, having grown up on a farm with his family, is known as a hard worker and likes to be helpful. Outside of that, however, he is rather shy; the only people he can relax around are his parents and his childhood friend, Sal. Around others, he becomes awkward and somewhat withdrawn, especially if they seem focused on him in particular. His natural quietness is not a direct result of his shyness, however; he doesn't say much even to those he's comfortable with, and has a hard time expressing himself a lot of the time, but those who know him know that he's a kind and soft-hearted individual. He's known for his love of food and his inability to use technology, as he doesn't understand any of it, even though he lives in a very technological country and time.

Kit is the lead protagonist of Time of Death: The Endless War, and it is his perspective that is primarily followed throughout the plot. He works in the army for Luxi, and eventually D-SEC, and his missions often send him into the heart of Noxi territory in order to show the viewer the world.

Throughout his story, Kit will come to form his own opinions on what is good and bad, and that changes how he and the others in his squad will react to the missions that they are sent on.
