Nawanir (species)

Nawanir is a Bug/Dragon typed fakemon based on the blue nawab butterfly. The name originates from Nawab and Fafnir.

Their antennae will move based on their mood, their idle expression is usually seen with the antennae leaning forwards and the mouth curved upwards in a smile-like fashion. When upset or hurt, their mouth will curve downwards and the antennae will be laid back far towards the wings.

The eyes do not change shape, instead the pupil will either be a wide circle or a half circle (when happy). Nawanir's tongue is always hanging out, this is not a proboscis but they can pick up scents similar to how snakes can. They also use their tongue to bring food into their mouth.

Nawanir's first forelegs are smaller and tucked close to the body, but they will hold items or food with them sometimes. 

Nawanir are small and range from 0.3 meters to 0.45 meters tall. They are typically very friendly and energetic.
