Any characters created by me are not to be sold or re-sold, unless specifically given permission. They may be traded or given freely, but please update me if they are part of an adoptable series (eg: Winged Cats) so that I can update my registry.

I reserve the right to reclaim an abandoned character or design--that is to say, one whose whereabouts have gone missing. At this point I reserve the right to re-adopt the character or design. I'll do everything in my ability to get in contact with the previous owner before taking this step: reach out to toyhou.se accounts and, if I don't get a response within a month, reach out to other account links if I have a corresponding account. I'll wait an additional month before I take back the character/design, and put it in an 'abandoned characters' holding folder for an additional month before moving it to its new home or readopting it out.
