Chiara, Hero Name: Empath

here's Chiara!! (shes based off of me tbh) 

she's blood type B, Aries, and kind of shy. Also an artist and is never seen without her sketchbook!

Her mother has the ability to see into the future and predict possible outcomes for a series of events annnnnd her dad is Quirkless. 

Chiara does have a Quirk though! 

It's called: Mirror Emotion! 

Essentially Chiara can project any sensation or emotion that can be felt onto a target. For a single target, she has a close to medium range, it's limit being 50 ft (or roughly 15 meters)

She also has an ability called Mirror Emotion: Extend. This turns her single target ability into an AoE, in a sense, affecting multiple targets within a close range. This only works if the target is within 20-30 ft of her body. 

The catch to this Quirk, other than distance disadvantages, is that Chiara feels the effects that she's trying to project. It really is a double edged sword and can cause a great deal of pain. But that's where her Hero costume comes in! The various 'gems' positioned on her costume allow her to minimize any effect that her ability may have on her body. Depending on what she's trying to project, it can amplify the effect as well. (This applies to mostly positive effects) 

Chiara really wants to be a rescue hero, but she also just wants to support her friends in battle. Her abilities can be used to ease pain and anxiety from a disaster, as well as inspire courage against a terrifying villain. She has very poor combat abilites herself, using mostly evasive maneuvers when in a tight spot.
