Design Terms of Use
- Personal use only , commercial rights can be bought for extra charge
- Resells only for original purchase price, unless bought art has been added.
- Please always credit for design first time posting to new platform
- Absolutely no refunds! Payments are final
- Failure to send payment within 24 hours and I will relist the adopt!
- Do not re/upload my designs, I will transfer the character once purchase is finalized
- No major redesigns / sibling designs of my designs!
- Putting any of my designs on authorized view only, hidden, or any other form of me not being able to view it will result in a black list (if you want it on authorized view only and authorize me, that's fine! as long as I can view it)
- Don't delete comments/bids on adopts!
- Any and all designs by me will possibly be used as design examples!
- Selling any of my designs to or acting as a third party for someone who has been blacklisted is absolutely not allowed
- Do not take credit for / trace / repost any of my work !
- Breaking any of my TOS will result in being added to a blacklist!
- Purchase of any of my designs means you have read and agreed to my TOS! Failure to read TOS does not make you exempt from them
--- designs will not be revoked if TOS is broken, however you will be blacklisted from purchasing or acquiring any of my designs
