clover is the leader of the sheep deco gang — deco gangs are relatively nonviolent, mostly interested in the competitive nature of how many badges, patches, pins they can decorate their coats with. a common game is to take the rival gangs’ pins & such from their jackets and claim them for their own.

clover is absurdly, fearlessly confident, and always underestimated, especially when the rest of the sheep gang is pretty meek. he believes in lucky charms, always has clovers in his hair, and his sheer force of oblivious will allows him to scrape by in most situations. 

he is nearly the opposite of his rival eventual turned boyfriend aster, the leader of the puppy deco gang. clover shakes up his expectations and makes him question himself and his own worth as a leader, which brings them closer secretly 💘
