Sully's family is one of the very few who actually call the shopping district of Shiamsa home, the location more of a visiting type than a residential one. At one point, Shiamsa had been full of residents, however in more recent years those who lived there slowly began to fizzle out from the location, the mining side of the district becoming too much of a viewshed ruiner and eyesore to those who once called the area their home. Sully's parents were one of the few families who refused to leave, their reasons for staying much more of a stubbornness issue than a collective effort to preserve what was left of their once lively neighborhood. Sully had grown up through it all, becoming bummed and out of sorts when all of her friends began to leave, leaving her with no one to play with after homeschooling. Though Sully found this upsetting, her parents were secretly grateful- Sully's incessant need to tease and make fun of others had caused nothing but trouble for the family, and in a way, they were somewhat thankful most of the kids her age left for better places with their families.

This didn't deter Sully from being a teasing individual, making light-hearted jabs at customers while working the front stall, causing even more trouble for her parents. There came a point where enough was enough, and moved her to cleaning duty in hopes to keep her away from the customers that come by. Sully still tries to make it a point to socialize, knowing her parents can't hide her away forever, but it truly takes a specific kind of person to take her teasing through one ear and out of the other. She currently still lives with her parents in Shiamsa, hoping to save up enough money to move away on her own and have the social life he so desperately desires to have.
