May I claim this character? Found this through a forum post.
Why I want: I've recently gotten back into character design and I'm fairly new to TH, and I really enjoy all the designs on here and would love to adopt one from somebody! Especially since sometimes I'm slow and indecisive when designing characters. Also, I've been wanting to draw characters on four legs again.
What I'd do with it: Draw it of course but I'd like to one day make a world + story featuring colorful animal characters like this. I would like to change the light blue/green color a bit (I like the design and color scheme, that's just the one thing). I'd also change the name.
