A hybrid of beholder types, noticeable due to his blue eyes and the small patch of scales on his nose. His parents knew they had done wrong in having him, but they didn't wish for him to suffer. They discreetly slipped him into a hidden biome, leaving him with the Conflicts that they knew (or really hoped) would care for him. The biome was the same one Jahmir was in. The Conflicts did care for him and raised him as one of their own, giving him a very animistic nature. Due to never being in the Storage Rooms, he doesn't have any major scars that show above his fur. Before the jungle burned down, he'd learned that he didn't really belong where he was. He wasn't particularly bothered by it, but he knew he was somewhat out of place among the Conflicts. He eventually met a girl that was similar to him - more like a beholder - and fell for her. When the jungle burned, the two of them fled, escaping the flames. Rather than wandering off on their own, they joined up with a group of survivors (including Fisher) who sought a new home. Although their timing was not the best, somewhere along the group's travels, the couple decided they wanted to start a family. Very near her due date, she disappeared. Shadow woke up to find her missing. After some frantic investigation, he found four whimpering babies strewn near a creek, very close to falling in. He took his children back to safety and the whole group searched high and low for the missing hybrid, but she was nowhere to be found. Shadow could only assume the worst. Eventually, he and the group arrive at Boomerang Village and make their home there. Years pass and he struggles to raise the children on his own until one day he wakes to find a familiar figure resting as if she had never disappeared.
The children were named on their appearance: Panther, Tiger, Silver, and Sunset. Before his wife returns, Shadow often mourns her, even getting upset upon seeing other couples together. When he cries, his tears are kind of gigantic. Pupils are slit. Date is correct
