Neptune handles the dirty work for the succubi mob. She's not one to suspect as a hitwoman; she comes off as very timid and reserved, and is this way around people she cares for and likes. With her mates, however, she uses her timid demeanor to tease them. She can emit an odor that excites others, which she uses to her advantage as well. For the mob, she's learned to use a sword and is very stealthy at her job. She enjoys romance novels and listening to soft music in her room when she's not working!
