Personality:

Despite his somewhat dopey and cuddly appearance, Rose is a very cynical and serious Pokemon. Because he is inflicted by a muteness that occurred during his attempt to evolve, he is more quick to anger, especially when someone else has to explain why instead of talking he just makes frustrated cooing sounds. The only Pokemon he ever really spends time with are Berrie and Lemon, although this may be less because he enjoys their company and more so that his condition doesn't need to be explained to them. In general, he dislikes those who deny the world's crumbling and doesn't really believe that there is any way to save it, at least not permanently. What he does at least know is that he will not be foolish and succumb to anything, at least not without a fight.
