Altair's Ownership

❥ You may resell the designs, but do not sell them for more than you bought it for! Only if you have commissioned art of them you may sell them for more to account for money spent on art of them. For raffle adopts only sell them for how much art you got of the adopt!

❥ No you cannot refund an adopt once you have bought them, but you can resell/trade/gift them.

❥ I’d love to keep updated on owners, which is why I’d prefer it if you’re able to keep them uploaded to toyhou.se. Please keep my toyhouse properly credited!

❥ Feel free to give them a personality, gender, and have fun with them! Minor design alterations and changes are fine as long as you don’t majorly overhaul them to the point they’re unrecognizable. Feel free to give them accessories as well.

❥ Don’t claim the original adopt artwork as your own artwork please! I don’t mind reposting my artwork as long as you give me proper credit. Heavily editing or painting over my artwork is also not acceptable.

❥ Please don’t use my adopts to sell merchandise, they are mostly made for non-profit personal use only! If you are adamant on using it for commercial use do let me know so we can talk things over, I’d love to know beforehand and talk over how I can be credited for the design. However, you cannot use my own art of the design for commercial use.

❥ Co-owning is completely fine with my designs, just let me know of the co-owners and be aware of the dangers of co-owning! Also I would not like to be involved in any drama relating to co-owning, I’m simply just the creator.

❥ If you get gifted an adopt, you cannot resell it! You can however trade it or gift it to someone else.
