rational and calm, even in intense situations. Somewhat reserved. Secretly cares A LOT, Is very warm and soft around close friends.

Savoy’s original hive, a close knit group of cccats, succumbed to cannibalism. They barely made it out alive and after witnessing the horror and suffering, both their own and their hive’s, Savoy swore to do everything in their power to bring an end to cannibalism in skire.

Savoy works with other CCCats and Crooks to locate and extract cannibals, and get them the help they need (e.g therapy) though Savoy isn’t part of any of the recovery programmes, they often drop in and check on CCCats/Crooks they’ve helped. 

On the other hand, very rarely, some cannibals just cannot be saved, and Savoy is responsible for obtaining them for execution. They have only ever killed on their missions twice, purely in defence of either themselves or innocent bystanders.
